the doing of it can be cathartic,

allowing  one to get back to doing what needs (and wants) to be done.

And besides
some haircuts are just more fun to draw.

Once again you display your bravery. While I will cut my own bangs, I haven't cut my own hair for decades.

The watercolors are beautiful, and that tapestry is amazing! All those letters were woven in, not embroidered after the fact?! Crazy!

As we get older we are so invisible anyway. I wonder sometimes why I even try. Just so I think I look okay.

Just mind bending, twisting, so geeky into writing, tapestry, lettering, sketching all at once.... and like your hair cut, perfectly finished front and back AND "THANKS FOR SHOPPING" etc. is readable from the back! Sooo Coool!!!
